you have to fly to the franz-joseph-strauss-airport at munich
nice fly ;)
Easiest is to fly into Munich Franz-Josef Strauss Airport (only international one). There are direct fligths from JFK and Newark. Currently, Lufthansa has great rates (check out http://www.lufthansa.com/online/portal/lh/us/homepage?l=en&tl=1&cid=1000390). From there the S1 and S8 (Train) get you directly in the city.
